Angel Medina

Angel Medina has been with CAL INC since 2023 as an OSHA instructor.

He has the proven ability to successfully train and teach adults of all age groups in both English and Spanish. He provides regulatory consulting to industrial, construction, educational, retail, and associated service clients (hospitality, janitorial, distribution etc). He analyzes client-specific regulations and provides recommendations to ensure compliance while optimizing operations. He has experience in training and certifying employees on a multitude of Powered Industrial Trucks. Angel has a strong history of analyzing Workers Compensation claims and development of Transitional Duty Programs to minimize lost time/modified workdays. Develops and communicates data-backed recommendations after thorough risk assessment analysis, helping clients properly allocate time and resources to workplace accident reduction and elimination. He is well-versed in OSHA, and compliance standards, including but not limited to: Construction and General Industry; Powered Equipment; Confined Space; Lockout/Tagout; Hazard Communication; Ergonomics
