C&C/CAL INC, A Joint Venture
C & C General Contractors is a construction and facility
maintenance company, which brings the convenience of
Technology and Engineering under one roof for convenience of
providing a complete range of services to federal government
entities. C & C has a history of successfully designing and
implementing construction projects with several federal,
state, and local governments. C & C General Contractors is a
Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Native American
Indian, small disadvantaged business, and an emerging small
business.
About CAL INC
CAL INC is an INC. 500 Magazine, small,
multidisciplinary construction and environmental remediation
contractor with 20 years of specialized experience. As a
certified small, minority owned, disadvantaged business with
over 60 employees, CAL INC is dedicated to public and
private agency contracting. The firm is also a full-service
environmental training provider, offering courses in
hazardous materials handling, asbestos and lead monitoring,
and abatement.
A graduate of the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a)
program, CAL INC was selected as the Minority Business
Construction Firm of the year by the US Department of
Commerce during MED Week 2003. CAL INC was also selected as
a finalist for the 1997 Small Business of the Year Award for
Region IX.

INC, A Joint Venture
The joint venture team has the ability and proven track
record to perform various types and sizes of construction
projects. The structure is unique because in addition to the
general contracting services we provide, we also have an
environmental division as well as a training/consulting
division. Each of the divisions works in tandem to support
each other, allowing us to provide the “best value” to all
government entities.
The Joint Venture partners have provided full-service
general construction services to federal agencies for over
30 years collectively. They have successfully managed
construction contracts (as individual firms) with the
Veterans Administration, U.S. Navy, General Services
Administration, National Park Service, and the Federal
Aviation Administration. C & C General Contractors as an
individual firm, currently holds contracts with various
federal entities. CAL INC also currently holds several
multi-million dollar federal contracts with agencies such as
the Veterans Administration and the Federal Aviation
Administration. Combined, C & C General Contractors and CAL
INC have a significant amount of project experience and past
performance records that demonstrate a proven ability to
respond to customers needs.
By combining forces, C & C General Contractors and CAL INC
presently employ approximately 80 personnel, with gross
revenues expected to exceed $20 Million in FY 05-06
combined. C & C General Contractors’ headquarters are
located in Longview, Washington and CAL INC’s headquarters
are located in Vacaville, California. Each company maintains
various project offices throughout the United States as
required to properly manage on-going projects.
